Zeus, (or Jupiter in the Roman pantheon) God of Sky and Thunder, King of the Gods and Ruler of Olympus.
I found it fitting for us to start here with one of the granddaddies of Pagan myth.
Whenever you see a statue, fresco or vase featuring a man holding what looks like a double-edged artichoke, you know you’re looking at Zeus, wielder of the Thunderbolt, the A-Bomb of Greek Mythology.
